Sorry, that you may feel completely unsatisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly offer you a refund for most of our merchandise, subject to approval. You must contact us at Support@KiaraBarnesBeauty.com within 24 hours of delivery to request a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
Please be aware that our return/exchange policy requires a 30% restocking fee, subject to approval, and the item must be unopened and unused. In addition, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

!!Packaging and Shipping Your Repair!!
- Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with state and local laws.
- You are responsible for all costs associated with the return. Returns sent via USPS that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender.
 It is the purchaser's responsibility to package and ship your repair and prevent any damage to the products being returned for repair. Inside the box please include your receipt, the repair form, and most importantly make sure your RMA number is visible and clear on the outside of the packaging.
Kiara Barnes Beauty is not responsible for any damaged or lost items due to shipping your repair. We highly recommend that you package your equipment properly to prevent damage (or have the shipping company do your packaging). Kiara Barnes Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
