- Items must be unopened and unused.
- A 30% restocking fee applies.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping.
- Do not send items back without an approved return and RMA number.
Exchanges
Contact kiarabarnesbeauty@gmail.com to request an exchange. Once approved, place a new order.
Used items may incur a repair or refurbishing fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
